Dear Residents,
First, we want to commend you all for following the guidelines and protocols put in place this Fall. We urge you to remain cautious in the coming weeks, as the safety of our community continues to depend on your diligence.
With the slowly increasing number of positive COVID cases in the UNH community, we want to remind our residents of specific procedures and protocols we have in place to promote the safety of our community. The health and safety of our Madbury Properties Residents and Staff is of primary concern and for this reason, if a member of our Facilities Maintenance Team visits your unit they will ask the following questions before entering:
Has anyone in the apartment/house tested positive for COVID-19?
Does anyone in the apartment/house have a fever or other symptoms?
Is anyone in the apartment/house been in proximity of another person who is symptomatic?
If the answer is “yes” to any of these questions, our Staff may decide to complete the requested maintenance work when Residents are not home or to schedule the maintenance for a later date after a required isolation period has ended. Please refer to our website for more information on COVID-19 Protocols.
Additionally, we highly encourage our residents to provide our office with a written notification if you have been placed in quarantine or isolation by UNH Health & Wellness and DHSS. Once we are notified, we can offer services that include package delivery and trash pick-up. If a tenant receives a package that is currently in quarantine, then we will bring it to the front door of the unit Monday-Friday between 5-7pm. For trash pick-up, please enter a maintenance request through your resident portal that you would like your trash picked up and place your trash right outside of your door by 4pm Monday-Friday. We do not offer food delivery services at this time, but we are more than happy to assist with any additional requests from our residents.
