Dear Residents,

Happy New Year! We’re thrilled to see many of you returning to our community as the holiday season comes to a close. Please continue to adhere to the city ordinance regarding the use of face coverings and remain cautious in your social interactions. As a reminder, both the CDC guidelines and our community rules limit gatherings to 10 people or less. The safety of our community depends on your individual actions!

Stay well, Wildcats!

NEW ~ Optional Credit Reporting
Opt in on your Resident Portal

We are now offering optional credit reporting to help our valued residents build credit history! You can opt in on your Resident Portal by clicking ‘Make a Payment’ and then ‘learn more and ‘opt in’ on the next screen.

Whenever you make an on-time rent payment through the portal, it will be reported to the Credit Bureaus. There is no negative reporting if you miss a payment, this can only benefit you!

To kick off this new feature we’ll be raffling off a $100 Visa eGift card to a MadCom Resident in February. To enter, simply pay your February rent BEFORE it’s due on on the 1st. Do yourself a favor and opt in to credit reporting first and get the most out of this offer!
