When it comes to real estate, we take the road less traveled. We upgrade high-leverage areas of these properties and improve property management through people, processes, and systems.
We’ve established a strong beachhead in northern New England, where we own and operate assets through a blend of value-add acquisitions and ground-up developments. Our largest investments – in Durham, New Hampshire – have made us the leader in student housing for the University of New Hampshire with 800 beds and 50% share of the downtown market.
More recently, we’ve made further investments in these regions in multi-family and commercial properties.
