After receiving additional reports of internet issues from residents yesterday evening, we forwarded the feedback to our internet provider who again was at our property all day today. During today’s visit, they replaced a core piece of our server equipment that underwent a firmware update last week. Unfortunately, that firmware update that should have improved the network is believed to have had a bug and led to negative impacts on the network.
Our IT provider tested connectivity in several units where residents reported positive feedback and improvements to their WiFi.
We expect all residents to be experiencing an improvement in their WiFi after today’s equipment replacement.
