WE ARE HIRING! MPM is seeking seasonal, part-time summer Maintenance Employees to assist with the annual turnover process and general maintenance duties. Workers would need to be available from May to the end of July to assist with various tasks associated with move out/ move in.
Pay is hourly at $13/hour and typical work schedule would be 20-30 hours per week (may include some weekends).
The job description is as follows:
Responsible for daily compacting and removal of trash from each floor of student housing complex.
Maintain overall upkeep of the community by picking up litter, and cleaning up common areas.
Will be called upon to perform various tasks to assist the maintenance personnel, such as unloading materials, running errands, painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
Requirements: Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, a valid drivers’ license, be able to work with minimal supervision, and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
